Fitness

Our fitness philosophy is simple: make each breath count.  Every movement, every step, your whole attitude is working toward a goal (and we’re into goals!).  Whether it’s weight loss, staying fit, nutritional planning, learning a new sport, or even meeting new people, we’re here to help you get there.  We’ll help you train, shape and strengthen your body so you’ll feel - and see - the results in no time.  And you’ll feel pretty good about getting there too.
We’ve got the stuff, by the way, and by the numbers:  Over 70 cardio machines with flat screen TVs, not one but two full circuits of Nautilus Strength Training, numerous individual machines, a full array of 50 strength/power training machines, six Adaptive Motor Trainers, lots of free weights and a roomy free exercise area.  Like we said, if you want it, it’s at All Sport.
