Since you're already very fit, your biggest obstacle is probably finding new ways to challenge your body to perform at an even higher level.
- Cardiovascular/Heart Health In order to continue receiving additional cardiovascular benefits, you'll need to not only increase the duration of your workouts and number of days you do them, but increase the intensity, and change up the various ways you do cardio. In other words, cross train, cross train, cross train!
- Suggested Classes to Take: In addition to participating in various sports, here's a list of suggested classes to take: BOSU 45 or 60, Extreme Fitness (fee program), and Cardio Box., Cycle 45 or 60
- Workout Equipment: Any and all - mix it up! Utilize the Outdoor Park.
- Strength Training - You can use free weights nearly every day.
Increase your weight when your reps become too easy. Introduce a personal trainer
or knowledgeable partner to your workout and learn new challenging positions for lifting.
